The focus of our practice is on consulting for our Investors and individual Buyer Clients and assisting them to purchase real estate. A significant number of our clients purchase multiple properties each year. After buying their primary residence, many of our individual Buyer Clients go on to buy investment real estate.

Our 40 plus years of experience will provide the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions. Locating the right property is only part of the process. We believe that our experience will keep our clients from making incorrect and potentially costly mistakes.

We provide our Clients with their own Personal MLS Gateway. They receive automatic daily updates as new properties hit the market.
